Required government forms will be filled out when completing the transfers. If the customer does not have a concealed carry permit, a NICS background check is also required. We have no control over the NICS check. 

If the NICS check is delayed or denied customer will not be able to leave with the firearm. Additionally, Bedwell Ballistics does not receive any information on why a NICS check is delayed or denied. Customers will need to contact the FBI regarding any issue with the NICS background check.
